It’s been a while since I have posted a kitchen adventure!
( I guess it’s just been a while in general!)
But OH MY GOODNESS! This one is a keeper!
In my continuous search to find great recipes that resemble bread that everyone in my household can eat ( that is a huge task!), here is the motherload!
Brought to you by Elana’s Pantry with a few little modifications/additions by yours truly…
Paleo Breakfast Bread
Can’t you just see the fluff?? Wowza!
I have made this three days in a row because I cannot keep it long enough.
This was day two… half the pan practically eaten by Brayden all by himself in one breakfast…
It is really more nutritionally preferable to toast or cereal or any of his other favorites, so it could be worse right?
Day three: that’s right… carob baby!
So, the first day I didn’t have vanilla, so I made it without, it was delicious!
Day two: I had run out of cinnamon on day one and forgot to get it at the store when I picked up more vanilla, so I made it without, it was delicious!
Third day: I had all the ingredients ( lots of runs to the store!) and added carob chips, you guessed it- Delicious!
Amazing what you can do with a little almond butter, honey, eggs, and baking soda…quick and easy!
